Zone owner responsibilities and capabilities
If you are a Zone owner, it's because you either created a Zone, or someone else who created a Zone granted you this responsibility through Zone user management. Zone owners have some very important responsibility areas and associated capabilities.

| 1 | Zone Blocks and their content |
As a Zone owner, you have responsibility for guidance, oversight, and management of the data that is being processed inside the Blocks within your Zone. Please be sure to read the Terms of Service as well as the GraceBlocks Privacy policy to have a full understanding of these responsibilities. |
| 2 | Users |
As a Zone Owner, you can access the Block that by default is named User admin. You can also use this Block to easily view users and their roles, including which users have access to each Block (and at what security level) inside the Zone. Learn more about managing Zone users. |
| 3 | Plan (capabilities and user licenses) |
The capabilities in the Zone are controlled by the plan for the Zone. If it's a paid plan, you will purchase a number of user licenses and also specify if you will pay monthly or annually. As a Zone owner, you can go to Zone settings through the gear icon (⚙) at any time to view and change plan options, and to view utilization as it relates to the associated plan limits. If you are on a paid plan, the Zone setting area is also where you can view payment history, change payment information, or even deactivate or change the Zone plan if desired. |
